Take a 30 to 40 minute helicopter flight from Ace FBO Reykjavik over Litli Hrutur, Geldingadalir, Fagradalsfjall, and Grindavik. Pilot-guides such as Laura, Tamas, and Tashi have provided clear commentary and careful viewing passes. Lava may be visible, but activity and landings depend on weather, safety rules, and volcanic conditions.
