But we got lucky and got the most beautiful Nothtern Lights during the whole evening, so of course that made it exceptionally special, but I guess without that it couldâve been still a lovely experience!”

Our waitress was absolutely fabulous had a great sense of humour and was very accommodating and taking photographs et cetera. The tour of the rooms within the hotel was totally amazing! I cannot believe every single room is completely different and absolutely amazing. The ice chapel is gorgeous and the ice bar is definitely somewhere to have a drink. Bizarrely itâs much warmer in the ice hotel than it was the whole week we were there⊅”

I would have to say that the towels smelt a bit like sweat, and I do know it is a sauna and damp environment, still, they smelt from the beginning, since we arrived, and it was a bit unpleasant to use them.
